FISH TIKKA KABAB


 INGREDIENTS   
  • 500 gm.   Fish
  • 2 medium size Ginger
  • 8 green Cardamom 
  • 2 tbsp. red Chili powder
  • 1 small Mace
  • 1/2 tbsp.orange Color 
  • 3 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 15 clove Garlic

  • WHAT TO DO ?

  • Wash the fish finely & dry
  • Cut the fish into small pieces
  • Make a fine paste of garlic and ginger 
  • Mix all the ground ingredients,
  • color red chili and salt into the yogurt
  • Now apply to the fish pieces 
  • Keep aside for 1 hour
  • Stick on wooden sticks.
  • Now put on medium flame or charcoal grill
